

INGREDIENTS
For Dough
- 1Cup Maida(cake flour)
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- Salt
For Filling
- 125gms Paneer(Cheese)
- 1Cup Onion(Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Green Coriander(Chopped)
- 1/4Tablespoon Green Chillies(Chopped)
- 1Tablespoon Oil
- 1Tablespoon Butter
- 1Pinch Tandoor Colours
Grinding
- 5-6Whole red chillies
- 6Cashews
- 10Garlics
PROCEDURE
Make dough & cover with wet cloth.Keep it aside for half an hour.Soak ingredients for grinding in milk for half an hour & grind it to paste.Heat oil in Kadai,add butter.Saute onions till transparent,add the ground paste. Stir fry,add salt& chillies.Then add colour mixed in aspoon of water.Saute till raw smell goes. Add Paneer & mix well.Remove from fire,Garnish with coriander.
Make small chapatis with the dough & cook on tawa with little oil.Remove, place some fillings on it &roll.
Your very own Cheese Frankie is ready.
