Cheese Gobi Cutlet

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 Cauliflower(grated)
  • 2 inches Cheese cube(grated)
  • 1Onion(Chopped)
  • 3Green Chillies(Chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Green Coriander(Chopped)
  • 3Tablespoon Besan
  • 1/2Tablespoon Ajwain
  • 1/2Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4Cup Water
  • Salt(To Taste)
  • Oil(To Fry)
PROCEDURE
Mix all the ingredients together.Add required quantity of salt & water to form a thick paste.
Heat a non stick pan.Put oil in it.Heat it.Lower the flame & put the paste on it to form small pancake kind  of structures. Increase the flame, till one side of patla becomes crispy & golden.Turn to another side & repeat te same.
Serve it hot with sauce. Brilliant for snacks..
