Snacky Sandwich


Hey this is the snacky sandwich & its great for light Breakfast. Its easy to prepare & great at taste for people like me who love spicy food, the real chatpata street food, prepared hygienically at home !!!
For the snacky sandwich,we need 7 grain bread slices or if not available the simple one!!
For the balls

Mashed Potato Paste

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Potatoes( Boiled & Mashed)
  • 5 Spinach Leaves( Washed,Slightly boiled & minced)
  • 2 Green Chillies (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Green Coriander or Parsley( Chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Green Mango Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt( To Taste)
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
PROCEDURE
Mix all the ingredients together to form a paste like that for  Aalu Parantha. Make small balls out of these.
In the next step we shall make the paste in which we will dip these balls.

Into the Microwave

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Tbsp Gram flour
  • 1 Tsp Green chillies & coriander paste
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 2 Tsp Water
PROCEDURE
Mix the ingredients to form a thick paste. Dip the balls in it. Now take a Kadai & heat oil in it.Put balls one by one in it making it crispier & golden brown on both sides. Remove from fire.
Take 2 bread slices & put two fried potato balls in it. Put generous amount of Hari Chatni in it & even chilly sauce as per your requirement.Put another slice on top. Put slight amount of oil on bread surface & grill in microwave for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve with Fruit punch!!
