Crispy Honeyed Shrimps
INGREDIENTS
- 750gms shrimps peeled with tail intact
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1” piece ginger finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2tsp Soya sauce
- few sesame seeds( Optional)
PROCEDURE
Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic & ginger & stir fry for 30 seconds. Add shrimp in two batches & stir fry until pink. Remove the first batch before cooking the second. Add honey & soya sauce & toss quickly. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds & noodles.
