Crispy Honeyed Shrimps


Crispy Honeyed Shrimps

INGREDIENTS
  • 750gms shrimps peeled with tail intact
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1” piece ginger finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2tsp Soya sauce
  • few sesame seeds( Optional)
PROCEDURE
Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic & ginger & stir fry for 30 seconds. Add shrimp in two batches & stir fry until pink. Remove the first batch before cooking the second. Add honey & soya sauce & toss quickly. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds & noodles.
