Pasta


Pasta
This is my very own version of Pasta, somewhat Indianized & changed according to things available at home.

INGREDIENTS
Alfredo Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Butter(I used margarine instead)
  • 1 Cup Heavy cream
  • 1 Clove garlic crushed
  • 1 1/2 cup Freshly grated parmesan cheese( I used the cottage cheese)
PROCEDURE
In a kadhai, melt the butter, & add heavy cream, stirring continuously with a wooden spatula. When it gets melted, add crushed garlic, followed by cheese. Melt it completely till they get mixed well. When prepared, keep aside. In the meanwhile, boil pasta.
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Capsicum Cut into squares
  • 4-5 Beans Cut lengthwise
  • 3-4 small florets Brocolli
  • 1 Tomato Cut into squares
PROCEDURE 
In another kadhai put some oil, put some cumin & fry, followed by addition of vegetables, little salt, a pinch of red chilli powder & turmeric powder each. Slightly fry them. Add boiled & strained pasta to it & fry for a few seconds. Add Alfredo sauce to it & stir for 10 seconds. Serve hot.
