INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Sabudana soaked overnight
- 3 Potatoes boiled , peeled & mashed
- Salt
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1/2 Cup coriander chopped
- 1 tbsp cornflour turned to paste mixed with water
PROCEDURE
Mix sabudana, potatoes, green chillies, coriander & salt. Make small balls out of it. Heat oil in a kadhai. Slightly press the balls. Dip in cornflour paste & deep fry in the oil. Make them golden on both the sides. Take out from Kadhai. Put to serve & serve with Hari chatni.
