These moong dal pakodi are a part of my Garhwali tradition, made at every special occasion, be it a Birthday, house warming ceremony or just anything good. They have been a part of our tradition since ages & would like you to see the place to where I belong. A very simple place, away from everyday hustles of life, people are simple & so is the food, not at all spicy but very delicious!!
Although importantly I didn’t let the pakodi be in its original form, I just made a little variance of it by turning it into cutlet form. Just give it a try. you’ll love it anyways:)
