Chicken Talumein soup
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2Carrot parboiled & cut into leaves or diagonally cut slices
- 1-2 Cabbage leaves roughly torn
- 1/2 cup boiled noodles
- 2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/2 cup water
- 11/2 tsp Soya sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp each of sugar, black pepper
- 1 pinch Ajinomoto
Mix stock, salt, pepper, sugar, soya sauce & ajinomoto. Boil. Add cornflour paste, stirring continuosly. Add vegetables & shredded chicken. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Add boiled noodles, remove from fire. Serve.
