Chicken Talumein soup

Chicken Talumein soup

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup  cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2Carrot parboiled & cut into leaves or diagonally cut slices
  • 1-2 Cabbage leaves roughly torn
  • 1/2 cup boiled noodles
  • 2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/2 cup water
  • 11/2 tsp Soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp each of sugar, black pepper
  • 1 pinch Ajinomoto
PROCEDURE
Mix stock, salt, pepper, sugar, soya sauce & ajinomoto. Boil. Add cornflour paste, stirring continuosly. Add vegetables & shredded chicken. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Add boiled noodles, remove from fire. Serve.
