Radish Chutney

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Grated radish
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder
PROCEDURE
Combine all the ingredients & blend in a mixer to a smooth paste. Keep refrigerated till use. Serve chilled.

Barbeque sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped Onions
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (readily available in the market)
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 piece charcoal &1 tsp butter for smoking
PROCEDURE
Combine all the ingredients in the pan & bring to boil. Allow it to simmer for about 10-12 min. Keep aside. Heat the charcoal over a gas till red hot & place in a small bowl. Place this bowl in a saucepan that contains the sauce, pour the butter over it & cover the pan immediately. Leave aside for 5-10 minutes. Remove the bowl containing coal & discard. Serve warm.
