Its a bright Sunday morning, the day to get up late, the day to comfy yourself in your Lovely bed, a day to forget all the hardships of the past weeks & definitely a day to relax, no extra hardwork, just the needful would do, & therefore we had this cutlet today with minimum work & maximum gain. You too can give it a try along with Hari chatni & a cup of tea, a brilliant way to start the new week. Go ahead!!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup French Bean (Chopped)
- 1 Cup Cabbage (Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Onion (Chopped)
- 1/2 Cup Capsicum (Chopped)
- 2 tsp Green Chillies (Chopped)
- 2 Potatoes (Mashed & Boiled)
- 2 Slice Bread
- 1tsp Turmeric
- Salt (To taste)
- Oil
Firstly crush the bread slices to a fine powder. Fry the chopped vegetables in some oil. Add salt, turmeric,Mashed potatoes & bread powder.
Shape them into what you like. Shallow fry. Serve with Hari Chatni.
