Aam Panna

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 kg Raw mangoes
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 Cup mint leaves turned to paste
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Black salt
PROCEDURE
Wash the mangoes & put in a cooker along with some water & put to boil till 3 whistles. Let it cool. Open the lid. Take out the mangoes & remove the skin. Scrap the mango flesh in another vessel . Add mint paste, salt, sugar & black salt. Mix well. Add 1/2 glass water. Adjust the seasoning. Keep to chill in a refrigerator. It tastes best when chilled. Serve chilled with ice cube in a glass. Enjoy the fragrance & taste. Can be stored in frij for 3-4 days.
