Boiled Potatoes
Dry Chevda(Poha)
Potato paste
Paste shaped into cutlets & arranged on a platter.
Cutlets getting fried.
The Ready to eat cutlets.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Boiled Potatoes peeled
- 1 Cup Grated Cheese
- 1 Cup Chopped Coriander
- 2 Green Chillies Chopped
- 1 Cup Twice washed Poha
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 slice bread mashed
- 2 tsp Chat masala
- 1 tsp mango powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
PROCEDURE
Mash the potatoes & mix all the ingredients one by one to form a paste. Put some oil in a tawa & heat it. In the meanwhile make cutlets of the desired shape from paste. Put cutlets on tawa on low flame. Don’t touch for 3-4 min with spatula. When they turn golden brown on one side, turn on the other side.Fry till golden brown on both sides.
Serve with tomato sauce or green chilli sauce & essentially with Cold coffee. You’ll love it!!
