INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Refined oil
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup Maida
- 1 Cup Curd
- 1 Teaspoon soda
- 2 1/2 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Drinking Chocolate
PROCEDURE
Take Maida,drinking chocolate, cocoa powder& soda in a bowl & keep aside. Add
beaten curd in oil & mix well. Add sugar in it & mix again. Add maida slightly & mix
well to form a smooth lumpfree batter. Pour in greased mould & bake in preheated
oven at 180 degree celcius for 25 minutes.
Unmould & cool on wire rack.
GARNISHING
Do chocolate icing over the cake & sprinkle chocolate over it.
