1 Cup Cake flour(Maida)
1 Cup Suji
1 Cup Ghee
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Grated Coconut
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1Pinch Salt
1 Egg
PROCEDURE
Mix maida,suji,sugar & ghee.Add eggs & grated coconut to make dough.Make 2cm thick chapatis(Rolled between parchment paper).Cut with biscuit cutter or just any steel lid of a container at home.Grease the baking tray & put biscuit on it.Preheat the oven at 250 degree celcius & bake at 190 degree celcius.
