INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cup grated paneer
- 3/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 2 strands kesar
- 1 Tablespoon ghee
- 3/4 cup Pysum&milk
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 2 tbsp almonds chopped
- 1 small teaspoon elaichi powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup grated coconut(additional)
Add paneer,powdered sugar & kesar &make a dough of it. Make 25 balls of it. Heat ghee in a pan & put crushed pysum in it & fry till it turns slightly pink.Now add milk,almonds& elaichi powder.When the milk starts boiling add sugar to it.Nowcook it tillthe mixture starts sticking to the pan.Put off the flame & let it cool. Make 25 balls of it. Now mix pysum & paneer balls to make one ball & cover it with grated coconut.The ladoo is ready.
