Me & my hubby were actually bored of eating all that tala bhuna (fried) food day after day,after all, it is actually tasty, so what to do? we had to miss it at least once in the whole day, so that we could reduce our tummy a bit & still have something delightful to eat. So we just shared a few quick ideas & raided our kitchen for the ingredients & for the first time my hubby was there with me in the kitchen & I really prayed to God to help us!!
And to your surprise it actually came up so nicely , that hubby gave it 9.5 out of 10. Yipeee!!
I just thought of putting the pictures one by one according to procedure, think it might help you people. Tell me if such a thing worked for you or not!!
Step No. 1 - Mixing all vegetables
Step no. 2 - Home made Mayonnaise
Step No. 3 - Grated Cottage Cheese
Step No. 4 - Putting Bread slices,Butter & mayonnaise together
Step No. 4 - Assembling butter, mayonnaise, vegetables & cheese on the bread slice.
Step No.5- Grilled Sandwich,out of Microwave
Step No. 6-The Final step & i.e. the Grilled Sandwich along with Mango shake.
Now lets have a look at the Ingredients..
For the Grilled Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Capsicum chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 Cup Cabbage chopped
- 1 Cup Fresh Cheese (Cut into slices)
- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese Grated
- 2 tsp Chat Masala
- 1 Cup Home made Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- Butter
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Bread slices
PROCEDURE
Put Chopped Capsicum & cabbage along with some water in a pan on flame for 5 minutes. Cook with a pinch of water till they become tender. Turn off the flame & squeeze water.
Cut fresh cheese into pieces. Mix capsicum, cabbage,tomato, cheese, chat masala, salt, pepper & tomato ketchup. Toss well.
Put some Olive oil on the lower surface of bread. On the upper surface apply butter, followed by mayonnaise. Put a spoonful of prepared mixture on the slice & top it with little amount of grated cottage cheese.
Grill it in Microwave at 180 degree centigrade for 8 minutes.
In the meanwhile be quick as you have to prepare Mango shake….
For the Mango Shake
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Mango
- 2 Cup Milk
- 3 tsp Sugar
- Dry fruits(Chopped)
PROCEDURE
Wash mango, peel it. Cut its pieces, remove the seed inside it. Put in a mixer along with milk & sugar.Make a shake. Put in a glass & garnish with chopped dry fruits. Shake as well as the food is ready to enjoy!!
