Butterscotch cake

Butterscotch cake

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Chocolate Cake
Cream Icing
  • 300gms Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Icing Sugar
  • 2 tsp Butterscotch Essence
Coffee Syrup
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tsp Coffee
  • 1 tsp Butterscotch Essence
Other Ingredients
  • 100gms Cooking Chocolate Cut into pieces
  • 2 tsp Coffee powder mixed with 2 tsp water
PROCEDURE
Microwave a chocolate cake in a 10” square dish for 5 minutes. Cut into 2 horizontally when it cools. Beat cream till slightly thick. Add icing sugar & essence. Beat till soft peaks form. Microwave chocolate pieces in a bowl for 1 minute. Mix well to make it smooth. Add 1 Cup of whipped cream to get choco cream. To the remaining cream add 2 tsp coffee mixed with water to gety coffee cream. Soak cake with coffee syrup. Sandwich with choco cream . Cover the cake with coffee cream & icing along with walnut & decorate it.
