Eggless Chocolate Pudding

About this I can say ,it has turned out to be one of my most successful experiment till date. I was just experimenting with things, mixing this & that & this is what the result is, in the form of this chocolate pudding. When I tasted this for the first time I really was amazed with the result. Give it a try yourself & do tell me how it came to you!!

INGREDIENTS
For Crust
  • 1 Pkt Biscuits (Crushed)
  • 100gms Peanuts (Fried & Crushed)
  • 50gms Sugar
  • 50gms Butter
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 4-5 drops Chocolate essence
For Sauce
  • 40gms Chocolate (Crushed)
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 10 Chopped Almonds
  • Few Raisins
PROCEDURE
Mix all ingredients of crust & refrigerate for 3-4 hours. For the sauce, heat chcolate with other ingredients for 2-3 minutes. When cooled pour over the crust & set in freezer for 2-3 hours. Cut into thick slices & serve.
