Indian Masala Papad

Masala Papad

This serves as a great starter before the main course. The spiciness of this papad opens your taste buds for a great meal ahead!!!

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 Papad (Flat Bread Wafer)
  • 1 Tablespoon Hara Dhania(chopped)
  • 1/2 Onion(chopped)
  • 1/2 Tomato(chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
  • Oil
  • Salt
PROCEDURE
Put oil on both sides of papad with the brush,put in microwave on high for a few seconds, turning it upside down after a few seconds or simply in a tawa & roast.Do the same & keep aside. Now  mix all the above ingredients except papad & spread over papad.
