INGREDIENTS
For the Balls
- 1 cup Grated Cauliflower
- 1 cup Grated Cabbage
- 1 cup Grated Radish
- 1 spoon Grated Ginger
- 1/2 cup Boiled & mashed Potatoes
- 2 Green Chillies Chopped
- 2 Big spoon Bread slices mashed
- 2 Big spoon Corn Flour
- 1/2 spoon Redchilli Powder
- 1 Pinch Sodabicarbonate
- Salt, Black Pepper(To taste)
- Oil(For deep frying)
- 1 Big Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 3 Spoon Tomato Sauce
- 1 Spoon Soya Sauce
- 1 Spoon Oil
- 1 Spoon Corn Flour
- 2 Chopped Green chillies
- 2 Cup Tomato Puree
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar
- 4 Cup Water
- Salt,Black pepper(to taste)
Mix all the ingredients of balls with slight water & form balls out of them. Heat oil in a kadai,& deep fry the balls till golden . Remove from flame & keep aside.
To make gravy,heat oil in a saucepan,put green chillies & garlic.Add tomato puree,tomato sauce, soya sauce &vinegar.Put cornflour in a small bowl along with some water to form a lump free paste.Put this in the saucepan.Add manchurian balls in the gravy & cook for 2 minutes.Put in a serving dish & serve.
GARNISHING
Garnishing is one of the most important feature,things which look good,enhance our taste buds & therefore our appetite. Garnish the saucy red coloured manchurian with contrasting green chopped coriander leaves.
