Tandoori Paneer tikka

Tandoori Paneer tikka

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups Paneer(Cut into cubes)
To be mixed with marinade
  • 1/2 Cup Thick Curd( Whisked)
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • salt to taste
PROCEDURE
Combine the paneer strips with prepared marinade & toss gently till the marinade coats the paneer pieces evenly from all sides.Keep aside for 15 minutes. Arrange the paneer pieces on the wire rack in a preheated oven at 200 degree Celcius & grill for around 15 minutes.
Remove from oven & serve hot with chatni!!

Corn samosa

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Maida
  • 2 Big spoon Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin roasted and powdered
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Filling Ingredients
  • 3 Boiled & grated potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 2 big spoon chopped spinach
  • Oil for deep frying
PROCEDURE
Add oil in maida & make dough of it.In a pan heat a spoon of oil and put cumin & coriander. Put off the flame as soon as it turns brown.. Now add rest of the filling ingredients and make a mixture of it.
Make small balls of the dough and make small chapatis of it.Cut it into half.Put some mixture in it and shape the samosa by sealing the corners by little water.. Now deep fry it in hot oil.

Pahadi Paneer tikka

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Cups Paneer(Cottage cheese) cut into 1” cubes
  • 1 cup Onion cut into 1” cubes
  • 1 Cup Capsicum cut into 1” cubes
  • 1 cup Tomato cut into 1” cubes
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
To be ground to smooth green marinade
  • 1 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Coriander
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Curd
  • Salt to taste
PROCEDURE
Thread one piece of each paneer, onion, capsicum & tomato onto a toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make more tikkas. Apply the green marinade on the tikkas & keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes. Heat the oil in a non stick pan & saute till the tikkas turn golden brown on both sides. Remove from the flame & serve immediately.

The Yummy Bread Spread



I was bored of eating the regular bread &butter toast or that jam toast or at max the combi of both &speaking truly I really don’t like eating them,specially the jam one, therefore I was looking for something which I would love to have.
This is not my original recipe but got to know from a dear aunt.I tried it &believe me this is one of the yummiest  bread spread i came across.Take my words & give it a chance!
The Yummy Bread Spread 
INGREDIENTS
  • 2Tablespoon Milk Powder
  • 2Teaspoon Sugar
  • 2Drops Oil
  • 1Tablespoon Water
PROCEDURE
Mix them all in a bowl &whip it.Use as a bread spread.
